If any meeting has to be rescheduled or canceled due to inclement weather or other extenuating circumstance, there will be a notice posted to the homepage.
HDS Event Registration Cancellation Policy:
- All registration cancellations should be submitted in writing to HDS (10) days in advance.
- Cancellations notices received (10) days prior to the event or sooner will receive a refund minus a $15.00 administrative fee. There will be no refunds for a cancellation received less than (10) days before the event. Forfeited registration fees cannot be applied to future events.
- Substitutions are permitted at no additional cost, and must be made via email to HDS staff (firstname.lastname@example.org) with individual’s full name, email address, HDS membership status, and ADA number, prior to the event.
- While there are many reasons an individual cannot attend a program after pre-registering, HDS is required to provide a total count to the venue who is hosting our event. Therefore, all “No-Shows” who have registered but have not pre-paid, will be charged the full registration amount.
